Currently, KOA represents 520 markets in the United States and Canada and our footprint is continuously expanding. Being a KOA Approved Vendor gives you access to the largest, privately-held campground company in the world.
Since 1962, KOA has been delivering outdoor hospitality to every type of camper: travelers looking for an overnight stay, families seeking a fun, outdoor getaway, and retirees enjoying an extended winter stay in one of KOA’s southern destinations. While KOA is proud of our consistency with amenities, our campgrounds range in size, site type, and location. Our smallest campgrounds support less than 100 RV sites and our largest resort-style properties have over 500 sites with dining, pools, and plenty of outdoor recreation. An Approved KOA Vendor connects to every KOA campground through our intranet site (eKamp), a listing in our new KOA Vendor Directory, and an invitation to exhibit at our annual KOA Convention & Expo. To ensure KOA Approved Vendors are fully engaged with KOA campgrounds and their needs, KOA requires an annual $150 Vendor Participation fee.
Suppliers must complete the application and become KOA Approved Vendors to attend KOA’s annual Convention & Expo. Failure to do so will result in cancelation of vendor registration and associated fees.

As KOA gets many applications each day, there may be a delay in response regarding your application once submitted.
Kampgrounds of America, Inc is a franchise company and our campgrounds are independently owned and operated. This allows them to make their own business decisions including which vendors to use. The KOA corporate office doe neither direct purchasing nor distributing for its campgrounds. Our role is to assist our campgrounds by building relationships with suppliers whom provide superior pricing and service on products needed for their operation.

Use of the KOA logo, image or brand is prohibited on any products or marketing material without consent of Kampgrounds of America, Inc. KOA campgrounds cannot authorize the use of the KOA logo in any design for print or digital media. Approval must be done through KOA corporate office. Additional information about KOA logo use may be requested. KOA logo use is NOT allowed by vendors which are not KOA Approved.
