KOA Convention & Expo

Kampgrounds of America has been hosting an annual convention for its campgrounds for almost 60 years.  Happening every November, we change locations each year.   We focus on our prior year’s success and our future as the leader of the private camping in North America.  With general sessions, workshops, and guest speakers, KOA’s campground owners and managers have the opportunity to learn more about their business and make connections with their peers.

Our annual Expo runs one entire day during our Convention, generally the last day ending with our Final Night Dinner and Auction.  Booths are limited but we host an average of 150 vendors.  At 2019’s Savannah Convention, KOA had its best campground attendance ever with over 340 campgrounds and more than 800 attendees. 

With 85% of our attendees making purchase decisions while there, Expo is great way to be involved with KOA.   

While pricing is not finalized for our 2021 show, we anticipate $1500 for a 10X10 booth.  Booths may be connected into a larger space and a limited number of 20X20 booths will also be available.  For larger booth space than 20X20, please reach out to KOA directly.

We are also excited to announce that we will be offering a virtual Expo extending into mid-December for campgrounds.  This will include the live attendees and virtual attendees.  This will be included in the booth cost. 

To receive an invitation to our annual Convention & Expo, a vendor must be a KOA Approved Vendor prior to registration.   Non-approved vendors will have their registration cancelled and pay a handling fee.

KOA does not allow vendors to attend the Convention portion of our Convention & Expo nor have sales areas outside of the Expo hall.  There may be opportunity for Convention attendance through Sponsorship packages or as an invited guest.  Additional cost may be associated with those opportunities.
