KOA believes our campers should be able to have a unique camping experience when they are looking for something different, which is why many KOA campgrounds offer lodging options for visitors looking to go camping without “roughing it.” KOA currently offers a variety of lodging options for our campers.
KOA Lodging & Accommodations
- Deluxe Cabins with a private full bathroom and kitchenette. These units are required to have electricity and plumbing. Often these units are RVIA certified to assist campgrounds in purchasing without additional permits.
- Log-style Camping Cabins with beds. These units may have electricity but are not required to.
- Glamping tents that combine the traditional camping experience with added comforts and amenities. While KOA encourages these units to have electricity and/or plumbing but they are not required to.
- Airstream rentals, teepees, and other unique lodging options. While KOA encourages these units to have electricity and/or plumbing but they are not required to.
Becoming a Lodging/Accommodation Approved Vendor
KOA is constantly looking for new and reliable options to provide our campgrounds. This enables them to grow their business and continue to offer the best camping experience in the industry. As this may be a large financial investment, KOA requires additional information from potential lodging vendors, which includes additional company information, specific unit information, lead times, and financial information.
Please complete the standard vendor application to begin the review process.
NOTE: KOA campgrounds use their lodging as rental units and require lodging vendors to have units built to specific specifications to ensure their longevity. It is expected that any submitted vendor application is selling commercial-grade products/units.
