KOA Lodging/Accommodation Application

For potential lodging/accommodation vendors once the standard application has been completed. Once complete, this form will be sent to Sandra Nash, KOA's Vendor Manager, and Greg Dunagan, KOA's Sites and Accommodations Manager.
  • Legal company name
  • Full name of the owner(s)
  • Any ownership history (current and/or former) wanted to be shared. If owner/company owns additional companies, please include the names of these companies.
  • The country which completes the assembly prior to shipping.
  • The timeframe in weeks for production, assembly, and shipping. Do not include order lead time.
  • The timeframe in weeks from order to delivery window. This includes the production and assembly times.
  • Information regarding shipping (standard freight, specialized tow truck, flatbed, etc.)
  • Information about required or recommended electric needs
  • Information about required or recommended plumbing needs
  • Any KOA campgrounds that have purchased unit(s) in the past. Include company name, contact name/email/phone, unit(s) purchased, and year of purchase.
  • Any non-KOA properties that have purchased unit(s) in the past. Include company name, contact name/email/phone, unit(s) purchased, and year of purchase.
